Cockatiel Rehoming

I need to rehome my male cockatiel. I was recently diagnosed with chronic migraines and I just can't handle the noise anymore. Not his fault, he is very sweet although he was not hand-raised so he is pretty nippy so not for small kids. He steps up when he is comfortable, but I really want him to go with other cockatiels- maybe caged separately though. I want to make sure the home he goes to is perfect and wont mind the noise. He is very good at flying and would prefer he goes to a home that would let him out of the cage daily. There is a rehoming fee. I do want to keep in contact with the new owners and receive updates as I love him dearly. With time he will open up to you, but if you have prior bird experience it would be better for me.
