Chicago Pro Turns is an apartment turn company that provides cleaning and painting services to prepare units for the next renter. Seeking a dependable and honest Part Time painter with interior and exterior painting experience. Requirements: * You will be a 1099 independent contractor. * Speak English * We pay by the job and not by the hour. * We require an Independent Contractor's Agreement be signed * You have your own transportation, brushes, tools, drop cloths, drywall patching tools * You will email me an invoice at the end of the week of work in order to get paid. (its a simple excel document that I can provide the template) * You must have reliable transportation *You must be hard working, honest, have integrity and attention to detail. *Experience in quick apartment turns is a must. *Experience with patching, and cutting in edges. No time for taping. *Keep the job site clean, specifically the floor, free from paint specks.
