I do not have a cell phone to call them and inquire however I have email if anyone knows why I am Unable to log into homewav I am hoping to video chat someone this morning when she gets teir time it just says invalid log in and password when I try to re create the account with the same info it says I already have one set up under that email ???? What the heck Can you video chat inmates in isolation due to covid from the downstairs waiting room where you check in for visitation. The technical issues are for real w this one Thanks
