Cat needs a home

I am nearly a 2yr old male cat and I need a home where I can go outside. I'm neutered and have my shots but the person I live with works all the time and doesn't let me go outside so I cry a lot. I grew up on the farm but when I learned to catch birds I was kicked off the farm. So now I'm stuck in this tiny place with someone who isn't there a lot but when he is home I'm a lap kitty. I love attention and I'm the best cat the owner has ever had. I just need a place where I can go outside sometimes.
