Helpers to move 2 windows

Hi- I am removing a 6 foot wide casement window and installing new window this Wednesday May 12 in Lancaster. It's on the first floor of the house. Looking for 2-3 strapping young men (or women I'm open) to help move the old window out and into my truck, and help install the new window. Will pay each person $50-$100 (1-2 hours) cash for basically just helping me move the 2 windows as I can run the rest. Construction or related experience is preferable but being a generally good person is the most important factor as I am bringing in enough people so that this won't be very strenuous. I am a relatively new construction business and pay really nice cash for random help so this could be an ongoing thing if nice fit as I have a lot on the docket! Even if you are not long term I think everyone could benefit to learn this stuff in life! Especially interested in people who are interested in carpentry! Thanks, Nick
