I want to start an online magazine (to start) that focuses on an upcoming hot industry, legal cannabis in NYS. I need a partner though. I have experience in the industry from out west and have a small cannabis friendly business I'm already operating in NYS (my home state). I have written for an online platform "patch.com" before and have general knowledge of websites, web design, social networking, etc. I'm looking for someone similar with hopefully some skills that balance out mine.
