I’m looking for a quiet, private place to sunbathe on warm days. I’m willing to assist with chores or projects around your place in exchange for having access to your property. I’m looking for a secluded/private spot, so your neighbors won’t be offended. McKean County would be ideal, but southern Catt, eastern Warren, western Allegany Counties all work. Have a private back deck? A secluded back yard? A camp in the woods? An old farm meadow hidden from view? A nice boat on Kinzua? I’m happy to help you out maintaining your property, or whatever, just so I can lay quietly on a blanket with a book and my earbuds once in a while without interruption. I also like sunbathing with others. I’m M, 40s, tall, fit, healthy, sane, employed, not a doper.
