A fast-growing Online eCommerce Retailer / Wholesaler is seeking to hire an individual, full time, who has the knowledge and expertise for Warehouse Shipping and Receiving as well as data entry for eCommerce sales. Experience in Big Commerce, Channel Advisor, Amazon, Ebay or any Multi Channel Software is a plus. Skills and Qualifications Skills: • Experience in a retail and warehouse environment • Must be able to drive a fork-lift (with training) • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills • Fluent English, Excellent typing skills • Well-skilled in computer processing programs. • Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot. • Strong verbal and organizational skills. • Must be prepared to lift and organize heavy boxes. • Must have your own method of transportation. • Works well independently, reliable and is self-motivated Duties Include: • Receive incoming orders from LTL and UPS/FedEx • Prepare packages for UPS/FedEx/USPS and LTL shipments • Update tracking numbers • Troubleshoot shipping issues and work with a team to resolve all issues • Data entry for inventory items ranging from 1 item to thousands of items via Excel uploads. • Keep track of supplies needed • Assist customers with inquiries regarding inventory and/or orders.
