Description
Condominium Association Seeks – motivated full time super with reduced schedule late Fall to Early Spring.
Applicant should be able to perform duties that include but are not limited to:
Interface with association vendors (Mgt Company, Landscaping, Irrigation, Snow Removal, Pool Service, Trash, Septic, Gym equipment, etc.)
Identify issues that require maintenance, report to management company, repair/remediate and/or determine if external vendor is requires
Police trash at units, dumpster area and grounds
Monitor parking areas for compliance
Monitor lighting on property, replace bulbs as needed
Perform snow shoveling and salting where needed, distribute and manage salt buckets on property.
Manage grounds to ensure association rules are being followed by unit owners, guests and vendors, report violations to Mgt.
Check gutter systems
Check Sump Pump operation
Check irrigation system
Check back-up generator operation
Service property by power washing (unit sliding, stairs & railing, etc.) by sanding, water sealing and painting.
Service Pool area – power wash deck, clean grills, pool furniture.
Service Club House- gym, bathrooms, vacuum, clean windows, clean kitchen, check HVAC filters, interior painting
Plant flowers Spring & Fall
Trim hedges
Light pruning
Light masonry
Painting
Clean Vinyl Siding
The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
The ability to respond quickly to sounds
The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
The ability to safely climb ladders
The ability to work in extreme weather
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
Drug test required
Clean Drivers License Required
