Need Full Time Child Care in NT

Hi I have 2 girls, soon to be 8 and 9. One is in 2nd grade and other 3rd grade. They both attend school remotely till end of June when school is out. I am looking for a care giver that will watch them from 7am to 5-515pm Monday thru Friday. It can be in my house or yours (depending on other residents in your location). What am I looking for: - dependable - energetic - reliable - caring - understanding they are kids and would be a HUGE role in their little lives - helpful w school work - not sitting at the tv but going out to parks, walks, bike rides, whatever just be creative and fun How do I pay: I have a state stipend so they will collect your credentials and pay once a month lump sum up to top dollar in addition to food allowance to provide healthy, full breakfast, lunch and snacks. Schedule: 7am to 515pm school days they have work for roughly 2 to 4 hours 4 days a week and 6 hours Wednesday. Summer time is July and August - no objection to field trips such as the pools, beach, YMCA, book stores, library, extra circular to keep on top of their learning. What I do not want: - someone that sits in front of the TV or computer all day - someone that talks to significant other all day and lets kids fend for themselves - someone that needs constant reminding or direction - always late and always has excuses - plays favorites - isn't organized - just in it for a paycheck My daughters are my life and I hate things that force me to be away from them.
