Found Dog

Description

I found a dog today in the Kilauea river just below the bridge on Kolo Rd. Her leash was caught in some rocks and she was barking on and off throughout the day. Has a collar but the leash is just a piece of paracord. Kinda skinny and shy. Check out the pictures and call if she is yours or you know the owner. Thanks
