We will have giveaways, a live DJ, special lighting effects that will AMAZE you, glow in the dark paint, yoga, sound bath, guided meditation, cacao ceremony & please bring your own medical marijuana (BYOFLOWER). The practice of using medical marijuana with yoga helps relieve chronic pain, reduces inflammation, lowers stress levels and has shown to expand the practitioners own sense of self-awareness to help open the spiritual door to our higher self. Not only that but certain strains help those with PTSD/C-PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder/Clinical Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, or even just moderate to mild anxiety and depression. Our cannabis-infused yoga class will help you achieve a heightened sense of movement and posture and assist you to develop a better connection with your body. Class starts @ 8pm EST for Mindfulness & Marijuana: A wellness session designed to bring a very euphoric experience right to your home!
