Sharing a commercial lease

Hi All, I'm looking for someone interested in leasing space with me for a dance school. Many other states have lease sharing but I don't see that here. I find it too expensive to lease space on my own but if I shared the lease cost, that would make it afforable. I've been in this business over 20 years. Is there anyone else that teaches dance and would consider the advantages of sharing the cost of a lease? Please reply
