Rehoming 2 Baby Red Eared Slider Turtles

My little sister brought home two baby red eared sliders without having done any research on how to provide them with proper care. I can't afford to take on the responsibility at this moment and would like to find these two precious babies a loving home where they will have the right environment and care. They are about 2 inches in size and can come with a 30 gallon tank and food. Would prefer to find someone who has experience caring for turtles, but would consider someone who has done extensive research and can show proof of an existing set up with the right equipment.
