We are currently hiring for a cleaning field supervisor position in the Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell Areas. The job requires evening and weekend availability. The usual hours per week will be 30 - 40 hrs. You will need to be able to work with high energy and extreme attention to detail as you oversee the cleaners work and as you cover for absent employees and train new employees. You must have reliable transportation and will be responsible to oversee many buildings and employees each week. You willl have some regular cleaning assignments and then help, train and check quality as well. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour. If using a company vehicle a gas card will be provided. The primary purpose of this position is to maintain quality in our buildings but also to clean whenever needed to cover for any employees that may be out.
