Indulge in self-care during an essential oil infused yin yoga class. Yin yoga is a gentle style of yoga that promotes mental and physical relaxation and flexibility. During the class you will be guided through a series of yin yoga poses with the assistance of essential oils. The benefits of specific essential oils will be explored. Each participant will have the opportunity to make two essential oil rollers to take home. Come breathe, relax, and explore the benefits of yin yoga and essential oils.
