Health, Wellness, and High-Intensity Interval Training
Please join us with our Health, Wellness, and fitness Bootcamp Workout. It will get your blood flowing, energy going, bring a towel, a mat if you have one, and water, but we will also have water. This is a movement challenge activity so be ready to move and dress comfortably.
After our workout, we will relax eating a healthy lunch, and create some acountability partners.
