Or, maybe you've realized how delicious and nutritious ferments are but want to learn more? If so, Please join us for this special fermentation workshop to learn the ins and outs of lactic-acid fermentation! In this workshop, we'll cover all the basics: why lactic-acid fermentation is easy, sustainable and loaded with amazing health benefits. This workshop is a demonstration and tasting event. We will be sharing tastes from Small Town Cultures and 30-Acre Farm, as well our very own! Your instructor will be Ky Guse, fermentation expert and current PhD student studying fermented vegetables and their impact on the gut microbiome. She will share her latest research.
