Athlete Development Camps will focus on the Foundational Movements intrinsic in all athletic movement.
Foundational Movements:
This camp will focus on rudimentary movement patterns to help athletes become more aware of their bodies. Returning to the basics with an elongated movement preparation which will set the stage to focus on stability mechanics and corrective movement patterns.
Athletes who are 9-12 years old @ 9:30am-11:00am and athletes who are 13 & older @ 11:00am-12:30pm
