Looking for puppy or young dog

I been doing research for over a year now, and all the rescues near me are either empty when I checked if they had any small dogs or they didn't have what I was looking for. I tried Facebook and other websites like adoptapet.com, but nothing. So this is one of my last options besides a breeder. So, I'm looking for a small to maybe small medium sized dog. Preferably a puppy or a dog under 2 years. I been needing a dog to train to become a service dog for me because I have Autism and PTSD. And a puppy would definitely help a lot. My limit is 400 dollars, no more. Maybe we can work something out, like 450 but nothing more then that.
