Landscape help needed

Hello! I'm looking for a quote on some landscaping/clean up in the front and side/ back of our house. Not a large area. It is a villa, so pretty small size of areas needed. It just was not cared for by previous owner and needs some TLC. Some grass in the front plant bed needs removed. I would like river rock cleared out, and dirt and mulch put in instead, maybe some concrete blocks or something decorative for those areas if needed and maybe some nice small plants in front and possibly on the sides. There are some roots or overgrowth areas under the deck that need cleared out too. And all yard waste hauled away upon completion. Let me know what you think. Thank you!
