Enjoy a taste of Summer in Italy without leaving St Louis! Without a doubt, our Italian wine tastings are the most popular of our wine tastings! So popular in fact, that our last tasting sold out in less than four hours. We've gone ahead and added another wine tasting for Friday, July 16th from 6-8pm. The theme for this event is "Italy in Summer" and will feature at least five wines, though likely more, featuring great choices for those looking for some great bottles to open when firing up the grill or just lounging on the patio. Joining us for this event will be Eric Reed, wine specialist with Ionia Atlantic Wine Imports, whose focus is on Italian wines. Eric has travelled extensively in Italy visiting vineyards in order to source for us some incredible bottles from smaller, family run wineries. Eric's knowledge and expertise always makes for a fun and informative tasting experience for our guests. Here at Vom Fass, we continue to adhere to safety and social distancing guidelines. Thus, we are limiting this event to just 15 people in order to spread attendees out in the store. Guests are asks to wear their masks when entering the store and when browsing, but are welcome to remove their masks when seated at their designated tables. Tickets for this sit down wine tasting with characuterie and light fare are just $15 and again, this event is limited to the first people who reserve their tickets thru Eventbrite.
