Join us for the 2021 Patio Series home opener with a Five Course International Rosé Dinner on the Patio. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the flowers are beginning to bloom, and Patio Season has officially begun. It has been 7 months since we said Au Revoir to the 2020 Patio Series. We've kept ourselves busy with a monthly series of Wine Dinners, Somm Club Wine Lunches, and Barrel Club Spirit Dinners, but it's time to get the band back together and kick off the 2021 Patio Series with a dinner featuring that perennially popular patio potation, Rosé! Patios were made for Rosé, and here at The Raphael and Chaz we are blessed with one of the most beautiful Patios in KC. This year we will have five Rosés from some of the premier Rosé regions around the world paired with a five course dinner from Chef Shawn. MENU Shrimp and Grapefruit Grits With Maison L'Envoye Le Saint Pale Rosé Beaujolais, France Chilled Asparagus Soup With Bodegas Castano Rosado Spain Smoked Salmon and Dill Terrine, Spinach Puree, Crispy Herbs, Parmesan and Fenugreek Crackers With Domaine des Tourelles Rosé Bekaa Valley Lebanon Stuffed Chicken- Leeks, Caramelized Onions, Swiss, and Spinach stuffed Chicken Breast, Quinoa, and Mornay Sauce With Chateau d'Aqueria Rosé Tavel, France Rose Float- Raspberry and Strawberry Sorbet over sparking Rose With Ruffino Sparkling Rose Italy *We are planning on hosting this event outdoors on the patio of The Raphael Hotel. In the event of uncooperative weather, we will move the event indoors. As we understand some might not be comfortable with this, we will happily honor all refund requests prior to the event.
