Breathwork - Sound Bath Meditation - Amplified Ambient Music - Local Art - Tasty Food Make sure you arrive early! We will kick things off with a breathwork session led by Sharon. Following the breathwork, Sharon and her son, Ryan, will take us on a sonic journey beginning with their crystal singing bowls and ending with an ambient/downtempo DJ set! Bring a blanket, yoga mat, chair, flow toy, or anything else you'd like to enhance your experience!
