Join Charm City Run Frederick for our Saturday Trail Run Series beginning Saturday, May 8.
Charm City Run Frederick will be hosting a Trail Run every 2nd Saturday at 7:30 AM. Each run will be in a new location in the greater Frederick area.

May 8: Greenbrier State Park (North Trail Head Parking) - A 3 mile loop run exploring Greenbriar, a great spot to experiment with trail loops. We will be parking at the smaller north lot. Expect some short climbs and a small stream crossing on the way in and out.June 12: Frederick Watershed (Upper Hamburg Parking lot) - A popular 3 - 4 mile loop on the south side of Hamburg. Relatively smooth and a great route to learn for this distance!July 10: Appalachian Trail (Annapolis Rock & Black Rock Cliff Trailhead) - We'll be heading south bound on the AT for a 3 mile out-and-back. Expect a little bit of rockiness.August 14: Frederick Watershed (Upper Hamburg Parking lot) - A 3 mile loop -5 we'll be touching on the network of fire roads in the area and exploring some of the winding trails north of Hamburg Road.September 11: Appalachian Trail (Gathland State Park) - Another 3 mile out and back on the AT from historic Gathland State Park. We will be parking at the lot off of Arnoldtown Road and heading South.October 9: Little Bennett Regional Park - Route to be determinedPlease make sure to bring a neck gaiter!
