Description

A day of healing, live music, meditation & deep connections! If you are ready to heal & open your heart again, this event is for you! So many of us carry around trauma and pain from the past and by doing so, this prevents us from experiencing love and respect for ourselves, deep connections, and peace. Not to be cliché, but hurt people, hurt people. We have all heard that saying many times, right? Honestly, it carries a lot of weight and it’s time to let that shit go! I created ‘heal, babygirl’ for women that sweep trauma, guilt, grief, anger and hurt under the rug. For women that act as if everything is okay. For the women that think they have to be strong all the time, that are always putting others before herself, or whose behavior reflects how she witnessed the interactions between her parents or other influential people. This live event will motivate you to move forward and start your healing journey. We will have live music provided by the beautiful and talented, Karmessa and a healing meditation guided by the contagious and powerful, Alaina Douglas a/k/a MamaPeace. We will also have the glamorous, Amber Smith, with Posh Puff, providing us with the cutest cotton candy cart you have ever seen! This event will be held at the cutest Art Gallery in Huntsville, AL , Gallery 1:11. When we don’t heal from our past traumas, we will carry trauma into every relationship we ever encounter and often pass down some not so good traits to our children and the ones closest to us. Not only will we pass these traits down, but we will also often become the ‘victim’ in almost every situation and always seek to blame someone else for our actions and choices. You could even become a people pleaser. You know- putting others’ needs before yours, saying yes to things we really want to say no to and not expressing your feelings or concerns because you don’t want to upset or hurt anyone’s feelings. At some point we have to hold ourselves accountable and take responsibility for our lives and actions because honestly, everything we do is based on the choices WE make. You don’t have to go down the same path as your parents, or recreate the same unhealthy and toxic relationships because your last one failed and that is what you think you deserve or that is just the type of partner you always end up with. You can choose something different; something healthier, better and more peaceful. The choice is yours. It is time to heal from that breakup, lost friendship, loss of a loved one, your childhood, love or whatever it may be. When we decide to forgive ourselves and others, our journey to healing begins. It is time to give yourself permission to heal, babygirl. **Ticket prices include mimosa bar, non-alcoholic beverages, small bites and the cotton candy cart Hope to see you there! Tiffany
