Apartment Wanted for Educated Professional

I am an educated professional and part-time entrepreneur looking for a private landlord (preferably) that has a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for rent (English speaking only).  My budget is around $1,300/month. Pet friendly would be nice, but definitely looking for a quiet area. I am a non-smoker, non-drug user and have a great payment history with my present & prior landlords. My area of interest would be Toms River/Brick, since I already have family there. My time-frame for moving is between August 15th & August 30th.  I need to be settled by Sept. 1st.
