I can't afford an $800k+ home by myself and having a hard time finding something I would be happy with that I can afford. I'm in my 40s, currently own a small place, but looking for more room. I'm looking at the Toll Brothers new build, NoMa townhouse floor plan - Metro Walk at Moorefield Station. With this floor plan, you can customize the bedroom level with two primary suites, which is perfect for co-ownership. Of course, we would need to determine if we would be compatible roommates, and it would be advisable to speak with a lawyer to figure out the details and ownership percentages.
