Handyman needed for variety of activities for setting up and maintaining a new short term rental property.
Initially responsibilities will include:
receiving furniture packages and assembling them.
Hanging blinds/curtains as directed.
Fixing/replacing cabinets if needed.
Hanging up mirrors in bathrooms.
Hanging Wall Art.
Replacing shower nozzles potentially or sink faucet.
Providing longer term assistance with urgent renter issues.
