My name is ROBERT LECH and due to illness in AUG. 2017 I lost everything.I'M now in Atlantic City,NJ but COPD AND Diabetic 1 and 2 really cut down my ability to walk and 3 blocks is about the limit so this scooter will be my transportation. When I as released from the hospital, I had to go to rehab for 3 months.However while there I lost vision in both eyes due to cataracts.I had to change to Medicaid so the eyes surgery could be paid.The nursing home cleaned out my bank funds and I had no place to go.I lost most of my personal items where I lived and started from scratch.For 2 years I purchased food from Amazon but eating canned and freeze dried foods contribute to fluid retention in my feet.I'm type 1 and 2 diabetic and if I get to the store just a mile away from me I can get my A1C numbers lowered by going on a veggie diet. and meet others like me and my age on the boardwalk and around town. This scooter means that I can socialize again.As soon as I get this scooter, I have 6 miles of boardwalk and fresh food stores are less then a mile awayI will be very grateful.Im praying and thinking positiveBOB https://gofund.me/c074955c
