In need of licensed Captains for sailing charters on 33 - 47 foot mono and multi hull sailing vessels. Morning and evening trips, ocean-side and bayside. We take our guests out to the reef on snorkel trips, into the mangroves for sail / kayak eco tours, and run bayside and ocean-side sunset sails. We also charter boats for day-trips and week-long excursions both bare-boat and with a Captain. We also operate a busy sailing school. We need sailing instructors to teach ASA certification courses as well as in house non-certification courses and sailing refreshers. Want to earn your ASA instructor certification? Enroll in the Instructor Qualification Clinic we are hosting the week of September 19. Sponsorship is possible for the right team member. For either position, you must have at least an OUPV license. A sail endorsement is a plus but not required. You must be a member of, or be willing to join, a drug testing consortium. Non-smokers only please. No heavy drinkers. No drama. People skills a must.
