Rehearsal Space for Creating Rock, Blues, R&B Band

I'm in my mid 50's, & I play Classic Rock & Blues, etc., etc. Willing to try out any other experimental music, to see where it might go, or lead to!!! I like & know all kinds of music, read sheet music too. I play Guitar, Bass, Drums, & sing at the same time. I have all my own Equip. I also have a Drummer in the same age range, who also has his own Equip., & is also a great singer. We would like to create a start-up band, & need a Bass player who also might sing, & play other instruments as well. Where we all, maybe, can switch off & on, & maybe play other instruments, as we see fit? And we need someone who also has a rehearsal space...This is very much needed, for we can't find anything reasonable at this time.
