FedEx Driver - Earn up to $60k/yr

PLS INC is an independent contractor with FedEx Ground. We work out of the Arcata terminal and service an estimated 2,000 square miles every day. We have a need to hire professional, charismatic, delivery drivers to join our team of outstanding drivers. Full-time and seasonal work available. Previous delivery driver experience is mandatory. Former and current Uber Eats, Postmates, FedEx, DHL, UPS, Doordash, drivers are encouraged to apply! PLS has a set starting wage of $17/hr - with opportunity for growth, annual bonuses, peak bonuses, and safety incentives. Overtime is available as well as (optional) additional shifts to those that want them. Duties and Responsibilities -Completing monthly safety training and adhering to safety oriented policies and procedures -Communicating with management regarding issues when delivering or with customers -Showing up to work at the start time when scheduled to work -Upholding truck cleanliness and providing basic maintenance -Loading and unloading packages in a timely manner -Using handheld devices for route information and delivery manifest -Driving in a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to; high wind, rain, and snow Qualifications -Be 21 years or older -Have 1 year or more of commercial driving experience within the last 5 years 6 months or more of commercial driving experience within the last year -Be able to pass a drug test (including marijuana)! -Be able to lift 50 pounds -Be able to pass a physical -Be able to pass a background check -Have a clean DMV record Compensation and Benefits -Starting - $17/hr -Annual Raises -Safety Training Bonus -Safe Driving Bonus -Peak Season Bonus -Paid Time Off / Sick Time -Paid Overtime Pay Frequency -Bi-weekly (Twice a month) Core Values PLS’s company values surround Safety and Collaboration.
