Wanting To Start A Band w/ That Early 70's Sound Greta Van Fleet

I love that late 60's early 70's rock/psychedelic/stoner sound! Big influences for me are Jimi Hendrix, Greta Van Fleet, Black Sabbath, Wolfmother, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. I have been a musician for awhile now. Best known for my guitar playing, but can do a decent job on lead vocals, bass and drumming as well. The ideal situation for me would be to find a good lead vocalist with the talent to hit those really high notes like Robert Plant to start with. I can write songs all week long and would love to be a guitar player/back up vocalist. Once a handful of songs are written with a singer we could bring in a drummer and bass player, but open for whatever good situation and order comes along. Maybe a 2nd guitarist and a keyboard player could be an option too. I'm a hard working dedicated musician and have been doing the band thing for a long time. I don't want to waste any more time with dreamers that don't show up for practice, are in 10 other bands, have drug problems and issues that keep the music from moving forward. I have seen and dealt with it all. I already work with people big in the music industry and have some good connections. I really want to be professional, put out a good product and go as far as I can with it. Just need the right like minded musicians who want to work hard for it too! I'm a believer and although I don't preach or push any of my beliefs on anyone, some of that influence does go into my lyric writing, it usually doesn't bother anyone, but just making it known now.
