The Black Diamond Grill is seeking the right person to join our Management team. Our managers are both Front of House and Back of House which allows for the seamless execution our guests have come to expect. Job Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop, and coach new and existing employees Fully understand and be able to perform all BOH (Back of House) and FOH (Front of House) duties Maintain high professional standard concerning food control, safety, guest service among BOH and FOH employees consistent with Black Diamond Grill’s reputation Schedule floor charts to best serve guests and maintain equity among servers. Handle guest issues promptly and professionally Assist Bartenders and Servers with secured POS functions to expedite guest checkout Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations Maintain accurate track of employees' hours and perform employee checkouts. Record data. Adhere to established inventory procedure for managing inventory for both “prepared in-house” and “buy-out.” Maintain high standards for FOH and BOH cleaning standards and verifying staff is maintaining these sanitation standards.
