Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 04/29/2021  211191482 Preliminary information:  On April 29, 2021 at around at 4:52 PM, officers were dispatched to 241 Forsyth St SW on a person shot call.  Upon arrival, officers located a male in a vehicle suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.  He was transported to the hospital alert, conscious and breathing for further medical treatment.  Preliminary investigation indicates the shooting occurred on I-20 WB near Windsor St and the suspect vehicle is believed to be a black sedan, possibly a Dodge.  Investigators will be working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.  The investigation continues.
