MISSING PURE WHITE CAT

Has anyone seen or happen to have a Pure White Cat with One Blue Eye and One Green Eye, in the jessup area? Kinda around Guilford Rd? She's extremely friendly, and loves to be outside (we're working on enclosing our back porch to keep her from escaping); but any time she's outside someone picks her up and calls us. The last time she got out; someone took her collar off completely to call us, and hasn't given it back since. Today she escaped outside again; but when I called her to come inside for the night, she didn't come like she typically does, which is making me think one of our surrounding neighbors picked her up again, but isn't sure what to do because she currently has no collar or contact information. She has Feline Leukemia, and can get sick extremely quick at any moment; so PLEASE if you have her, let me know immediately 🙁 You can text/call or
