I'm male, more or less intermediate level - half powerlifting / half hypertrophy type free weight stuff, plus calisthenics. 3-5x/week.
Have 500lbs of Olympic plates, 55-50lbs dumbells, squat cage, Olympic Barbell, adjustable bench, EZ Curl, dips and pullups bars, etc.
