I have a friend who owns a couple of houses on the beach on Grassy Key. He is an older man who has built many homes and owns property all over Florida and in Belize. He is looking for a hardworking labor assistant to help him with some projects around his house and his business properties in Marathon and Key West. He is providing a room to stay in with Everything including inter Provided and $11/ hr cash. The gig lasts about 2 months but there will be opportunities past that. You must have your own vehicle to get yourself around in your off time. He wants someone who does not need to show off or be the boss. Senior is old enough that he wants things done his way. I worked for him for 10 years and am very grateful that I did. He is bossy and talks your ear off. But, work hard and treat him respectfully and he is a generous person who will move mountains to help a friend in trouble Common sense, basic handyman skills and the ability to work in the heat are required.
