Found dog. Female, tan with some white, 12 pounds, pink collar, no tags. Appears to be maybe Chihuahua/Corgi mix?? Found at Albertson's parking lot in Vista on S. Melrose Drive. Has to be somebody's pet because she is well behaved and just jumped right into our car.
