Cut down tree - will need crane

I have a mountain ash tree about 25' tall that I'd like to bring down that will need a small crane to get down safely and not damage the brand new fence and trellis surrounding it. All we need is for the tree to be brought down with no damage and we can break down the sections into logs and get rid of everything. i.e. just bring it down and we will do the rest. $1000 cash is tops I have for this budget. The tree is on 2044 Bennington Circle on the left side of the house behind the new fencing on left if you want to drive by to see it (call me first). Not huge, but big enough where I need help.
