***JOB DESCRIPTION*** HIRING TOP NOTCH CLEANERS AND MAID SERVICE PROVIDERS Job Types Available - Hourly, Part-Time (20-30 hours a week) Number of hires for this role - 8 Cleaners (Paid Weekly) – All new hires come in at $17.00/hour. After a probationary period, 5 Regular Cleaners will go to $18.00/hour, 3 Lead Cleaners will go to $20.00/hour. Probation period is extensive and demanding and could last up to 60 days. All employees must work at least 20 hours per week, and may work up to 30 hours per week. Work Schedule parameters: Sunday – Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Qualifications For Regular Cleaners, at least 2 years relevant PAID experience (exceptions if applicant with high energy & great potential) For Lead Cleaners, 3 or more years relevant PAID experience (36 total months in some cleaning capacity – NO EXCEPTIONS) Able to prioritize and manage your own schedule Able to work with minimal supervision Strong time-management skills Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Requirements Professional references or proof of good reviews from past work Team player, ability to get along with others Pet-friendly, we have a lot of clients who have pets Able to get to appointments ON TIME PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE: A) EXPERIENCED AS A PAID CLEANING PROFESSIONAL - OR - HAVE HIGH ENERGY AND POSSESS GREAT POTENTIAL B) PROUD OF THE WORK YOU DO C) TEACHABLE D) READY TO WORK WITH A WINNING TEAM General Information The Cleaning Weirdos (TCW) is a residential, commercial, and auto cleaning company. TCW offers flexibility in scheduling. Cleaners choose the days and timeframes they wish to work and are scheduled accordingly. We clean using only natural, green, eco-friendly, and/or organic cleaning products. To promote efficiency, safety, and accountability, we send (at least) two people to all jobs.
