Seeking two cleaners for a total of four days a week. Tuesday and Thursday 8am until 11am Dayton mall location. Monday and Wednesday 8am until 11am Beavercreek location. Dust mop; be sure to clean under low shelving around the perimeter of the store Treat makeup/nail polish spots and stains on ceramic tile (prior to damp mopping) Damp mop no later than 45 minutes prior to store opening to allow proper dry time Remove scuff marks and spots from white walls and employee entrance to stock room Feather dust and spot clean makeover stations Feather dust display signage, tops, bases and lower lip around the perimeter of store Clean mirrors on endcaps, displays, and cosmetic areas Treat makeup/nail polish spots on stainless steel roll around carts in backroom Spot clean all light panel arches around the store (4-5 display arches) Polish stainless steel kick plate at employee entrance to stock room Wipe down frosted white plexi-glass (remove any residual adhesive from advertisement) Clean columns (typically 4 columns) and wall behind (main) cashwrap using Magic Eraser Deep floor cleaning 2-3X/year Cashwrap Empty all trash cans (care should be taken so liquids do not leak from bags) and replace liners Clean and sanitize cashwrap countertops and telephones Clean/dust lower shelving behind cashwrap Wipe down/clean bases of corral stanchions at cashwrap Boutiques: Bare Escentuals & Benefit Clean and sanitize stone countertops Wipe down/dust bunker base cabinets. (use Magic Eraser if necessary) Empty trash cans and replace liners Wipe down/clean bar chairs, martini chairs and chair bases-aluminum, wood, & leather Wipe down/clean/polish all trash cans-chrome/metal Salon/Esthetician areas Dust mop; ensure to clean under lower shelving around the perimeter of the store Damp mop no later than 45 minutes prior to opening to allow proper dry time Clean and disinfect kitchenette counter (coffee station), shelves, doors and sink Clean all mirrors Polish stainless steel countertop and sink Empty trash cans and replace liners Clean and disinfect hair washing stations and sinks Spot clean all light panel arches around the store (2-3 display arches) Feather dust hanging pendants (light fixtures) Clean/wipe down rolling utensil tables Wipe down all salon chairs Wipe down all waiting room plastic chairs and table Wipe down/polish chrome/metal trash cans Restrooms-Customer and Employee Empty trash cans and replace liners Replenish paper towel, toilet tissue, hand soap, etc. (to be supplied by Customer), as needed Clean mirrors and countertops Dust ceiling vents Clean and sanitize all sinks and toilet surfaces Clean and polish chrome fittings, including plumbing fixtures, soap dispensers, and toilet seat hinges Sweep and mop floor Store Front Spot clean entrance glass - interior and exterior Wipe down, clean and disinfect door handles - interior and exterior Wipe down/clean bottom window ledges Wipe down/clean security EAS antennas Feather dust halo light circle (at front entrance) This list includes things that will be rotated and not done each day. The restrooms, salon, floors, and aisles are of the utmost importance. You also are never to work more than the three hours. There will be days where you may work less due to good routine but pay will be for three hours regardless. Pay is $180 per week per person cash via, Zelle, cash app or another approved method. Pay break down per hour is $15 per hour. In addition to this I have three small stores that I also need done they only require one person. One is located by Dayton Mall, One is in Huber Heights, and the last one is in Kettering. Each store requires similar cleaning but much smaller space requires one person. Pay is $30 per location and the service is one hour. These three additional stores can be done throughout the week Monday through Friday at any time while they are open. This would be great for two that live together and could alternate the weeks on the three extra stores. Looking for to get someone started Monday 5/10/2021 10-99 opportunity pay every Friday beginning this Friday no week in hole. Again its $180 per person per week for the the top locations.
