We are seeking 1 window cleaner to add to our team, a cleaning team member who will work under the direction of the supervisor. Overview The Window Cleaning team members are responsible for upholding company cleaning standards at the job sites by cleaning all dirt, dust, stickers, and residue from the windows, reporting any damage or issues to their supervisor. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri 7a-3p (Sat 7a-12p on an as needed basis). Responsibilities and Duties • Arrive to the central meeting location on time. • Assist team members in stocking the work vehicles. • Remove plastic and coverings from windows clean windows to company standards by removing all dirt, dust, stickers, and residue from the windows. • Help keep work vehicle organized and tidy. • Report any issues or concerns to General Manager or Owner. Qualifications • Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, twist, and spend long periods of time standing. • Must have 2 years window cleaning / tall ladder experience, frequent use of 22ft ladder required. • Must have Driver’s License and reliable transportation. • Must have a can-do attitude, and an eagerness to work. • Must have an attention to detail. Window cleaning supervisor will be assigned a work vehicle and be held accountable to the quality of work provided by the team. A clean driving record is required for our commercial insurance. A clean drug test is mandatory for this position.
