Veteran looking puppy

I’m a disabled OIF Purple Heart Veteran looking for a puppy to have as my companion. Would like to one day possibly train as my service/emotional animal that’s why I am inquiring on 6 months and younger. Was looking for a Lab or Pitbull, but would consider any breed dog as I’m just looking for a good dog. I don’t care about pedigree or papers, just want a happy and healthy puppy that I can have and love and train one day. Additionally, I am on a fixed income so if you are wanting more than $140, especially if they aren’t fixed yet...I’m not going to be able afford it. That’s also why I’m unable to get one from an animal rescue and shelter since their price is +$150for a puppy.
