Tahoe Vista- Edgelake Beach Club- Housekeeping Position Housekeeping FT/PT Pay is BOE starting from $16 Edgelake Beach Club is a local Timeshare and short term rental Resort operated by local ownership and team. We are looking for a goal driven, attention to detail individual to join our team. This individual must be able to excel in their performance and work within a team atmosphere and independantly. Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/ Tasks include but are not limited to the following: · Ensure customer satisfaction through treating our guests courteously, performing tasks efficiently, professionally and respectfully. · You will be responsible for cleaning rooms to meet Covid-19 standards. This includes the complete sanitization of the room per Covid-19 and Edgelake guidelines. · Maintain walkways, common areas and staircases. · You will be required to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times per Edgelake standards. · As part of your job requirement you will be responsible to care for and avoid damaging of equipment. Document any deficiencies, in units and on the property such as electrical, mechanical, appliances and the overall condition of each room. Requirements: · Be able to pass an illegal substance screening · No alcohol consumption and inebriation while working · Effective communications skills, oral and written · Strong awareness of safety awareness and customer service · Work well as part of a team · Be able to lift, pull, carry up to 50 pounds · Able to work long periods of time that may include stationary positions, and positions that need to move. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to service the lights, ceiling fans and window coverings. · This is a non-smoking/vaping community · Experience in housekeeping is a plus, however we are willing to train · Edgelake Beach TOA Inc., complies by ADA and EEOC laws. Responsabilidades de trabajo esencial/Deberes/ La tarea incluye, pero no se limita a lo siguiente: · Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través del trato cortés del huésped, realizar tareas de manera eficiente, profesional y respetuosamente. · Sera responsable de limpiar las habitaciones para cumpir con los estandares de COVID-19, y con los estándares de Edgelake. · Mantener pasillos, áreas comunes y escaleras · Deberá mantener una apariencia limpia y profesional en todo momento según los estándares de Edgelake. · Como parte de los requisitos de su trabajo, usted será responsable de cuidar y evitar daños al equipo. Documentar cualesquiera deficiencias en las unidades y en la propiedad, por ejemplo, lo eléctrico, mecánico, los electrodomésticos y el estado general de cada habitación. Prerrequisitos: · Poder pasar un examen de sustancias ilegales · Sin consumo de alcohol y embriaguez mientras trabaje · Habilidades efectivas de comunicación, oral y escrita · Fuerte conocimiento de seguridad y servicio al cliente · Trabajar efectivamente en equipo · Poder levantar, jalar, y cargar 50 libas · Capaz de trabajar durante largos periodos de tiempo que podrían incluir puestos fijos y puestos al cual necesitará moverse. De vez en cuando subirá/bajará una escalera para darle servicio a la luz, los ventiladores de techo, y las cubiertas de las ventanas. · En nuestra comunidad no se permite fumar. · Experencia de limpieza en recomendable, pero si no estamos dispuestos a entrenar · Edgelake Beach TOA Inc., cumple con AED y EEOC leyes.
