backyard fill dirt, retaining wall, tough labor

i need fill dirt brough in around my basket ball court. There needs to be a small retaining wall built with 4x4 pressure treated before the dirt is added to hold it in place. the dirt should be level with the basketball court. Then I want articlficial grass added around the court on all sides. I do have dirt in a room in my basement that can be used if its easier than hauling it in. I do not have easy access to the backyard it would probably need to be brought down in buckets if the basement dirt wasnt used. - Looking for someone or crew with experience - Must have own tools - Please provide information on landscaping work and any pictures. - Youll probably want to see it first so let me mnow when you want to come by. -Looking to get this started ASAP - Looking for firm bid, please don’t bid if youre going to change prices as the price will not be negotiated further once accepted
