8 month old corgi needs a good home

Leotie 'Otie' is an 8 month old corgi who we bought from a AKC breeder, she has her purebred papers, and is going to be a great dog as she grows up. We have worked every day to love her, train her, and exercise her. We are adding another baby to our family unexpectedly and happily, which is forcing us to make the decision that we won't be able to provide Otie with what she needs with both a baby and a toddler. We are asking for a $500 rehoming fee. She was $2500 to purchase, and has genetic tests proving good hip and eye health which are both common issues for corgis.
