Seeking Childcare for 2 Rad Kids

I'm a soon-to-be single mom looking for childcare for my two children, ages 8 and 4. My 8 year old is autistic, so experience with special needs children is definitely a plus, but not absolutely required. The hours and days will vary because I work retail but count on about 30 hours a week. I work a closing shift and normally get off between 9pm and 10pm. I can pay $300 a week, but a certified caregiver could also get money from the state to watch my 8 year old. I have transportation, so I can drop the children wherever, but having them watched at home would be preferable. Job would start June 1st.
