Established apartment community in San Antonio (78240) is seeking a part-time Assistant Maintenance person (30 hours per week) to start immediately with competitive pay, employer paid health benefits, accrued sick (one week annually), and accrued vacation (two weeks annually). HVAC, electric or plumbing certification(s) a plus. Position may require employee to be on-call after normal business hours or work on weekends.
